The Stressometer Comby type ADTM 50 is the first instrument measuring human tremor. Contrary to temperature or other physiological parameters,there exists no standard, universal and validated tremor scale until now. Therefore we have developed a reference scale for human tremor.
After 10 years of clinical research and studies, including more than 50 000 measurements, we have defined a linear accelerometric scale expressed in TNR COMBY units.

A sine-wave signal at 10 Hz of 1 µm (micrometer) in amplitude corresponds to 6 TNR Comby units.
The results are displayed in TNR Comby units between 0 and 999.
