Location of the hotel : the hotel is located is very near the HOUILLES train station (see the map), in the nice western calm suburbs of Paris, also near (2 metro stations) the famous business area of La Défense.

Houilles has the reputation of being a small calm and pleasant city, very close and well connected to Paris, with the charm of a typical small French city while being just a few minutes from Paris (metro or train every 10 minutes), and is therefore a good location for work, residence or tourism in the Paris area.

Connexion to PARIS : the Houilles metro and train station is about 10 minutes from Paris by rapid metro RER (line A to Etoile-Arc of Triumph) or train to Gare St Lazare (see transportation instructions).

HOUILLES is only 3 stations from the metro station ETOILE CHARLES DE GAULLE (Arc of Triumph - center of Paris) : 1st station : La DEFENSE (business area) -> 2nd station : NANTERRE (university) -> 3rd station : HOUILLES (residential area). Line A3 or A5 of the rapid metro RER. See map of metro of the Paris area.

There are many other hotels of touristic type (Hilton, Mercure…) in the historical center of Paris. They are usually much more expensive : small hotels starting at about 50 EUROS/night and a *** hotel for about 100 EUROS/night.
